Healthier Workplaces Start Here

Through evidence and empathy, Dr. Semira helps workplaces become places where wellbeing isn’t hoped for — it’s lived.

Hi, I’m Dr. Semira Mollica

I'm a registered medical doctor with experience in Occupational Medicine who believes workplaces can be powerful contributors to health, belonging and quality of life. I am driven by a clear mission: to deliver evidence-based health and wellbeing strategies that genuinely work in the workplace.

After beginning my career in surgical training, I recognized a critical gap in healthcare - the lack of proactive and preventative approaches within the environment where adults spend most of their waking lives - at work.

I’ve spent years supporting people navigating injury, illness and workplace pressures — and what I learned was clear: workplace health is shaped less by individual resilience, and more by the system.

This insight prompted a shift towards prevention, performance, and sustainability in the workplace. Now I educate the people who shape workplaces — leaders, HR professionals, executives and teams — to translate medical evidence into practical, implementable strategies that support employee health, wellbeing, and long-term performance - without adding unnecessary complexity or burden.

Why This Matters to Me

In medicine, I saw how deeply work impacts identity, mental health, relationships, connection, recovery and financial security. I also saw how many leaders genuinely want to support their teams — but there remains a disconnect between how much an employee feels supported by their employer and how a leader feels they are supporting their employee. So I built a practice that bridges that gap.

Workplaces don’t need more pressure.
They need more understanding.

My mission is to help organisations move beyond wellness trends and towards meaningful, measurable change.

Workplaces shape lives. If you're committed to building a workplace where people can thrive — not just cope — I’d love to support you.
